At North Fork Mushroom Co., we grow more than mushrooms. We cultivate connection, vitality, and reverence for the natural world. Based in the heart of Paonia, Colorado, our small farm specializes in medicinal and gourmet mushrooms grown with care, intention, and respect for the living systems that sustain us.
Founded by Derek Cobia, North Fork Mushroom Co. began as a personal journey into plant medicine. It has since evolved into a community-rooted business offering fresh mushroom subscriptions, potent tinctures, and immersive classes in mushroom cultivation and wellness. Everything we create, from our amber-bottled extracts to our seasonal harvests, is made in small batches and guided by the rhythms of nature and a belief in the healing intelligence of fungi.
